Assisted stretching helps your muscles relax and move through deeper, safer ranges of motion than stretching alone.

  • We’ll briefly discuss your goals, concerns, and movement history

  • I’ll guide you through a simple gentle movement assessment 

  • We’ll warm-up the body while I explain the stretching approach and communication cues

  • Your body will be guided through slow, controlled assisted stretches

  • Sessions are calm, focused, and fully personalized

  • Afterward, we’ll review key findings (tight areas, weak muscles, and imbalances) and discuss next steps

After Your Session
